“I Reverence You”: Toluwase Dolapo Celebrates Birthday with Powerful New Worship Single “Mojuba”
Gospel singer Toluwase Dolapo has marked her birthday with “Mojuba,” a new worship offering released on October 4, adding a special musical expression of worship and gratitude to the celebration. The title, a Yoruba word meaning “I reverence You,” was birthed from a moment of worship and inspiration from the Holy Spirit. For Dolapo, releasing the song on her birthday was a deliberate decision to offer her worship to God and acknowledge Him as her Creator, Father, and King. “Mojuba was birthed from a moment of worship and inspired by the Holy Spirit. I chose to release it on my birthday because it is my expression of giving my Creator, my Father, my King, and all that He is to me, all of my worship,” she shares. “I am releasing Mojuba as a sound, but beyond that, it is also a call to worship and reverence Him alone.”
The new release sees Toluwase Dolapo draw listeners into a sincere expression of worship, calling attention to the place of reverence for God in the life of every believer. The audio was produced by AP Production, while the official music video was shot and directed by #KASDidIt!, giving the song a visual presentation that complements its worship message. With its heartfelt lyrics and reverent tone, “Mojuba” invites listeners to pause, bow their hearts, and offer God the honor and adoration He deserves. Whether during personal devotion, prayer gatherings, or corporate worship, the song creates an atmosphere of humility and awe, reminding us that true worship begins with reverence. For everyone longing to draw closer to God and express their devotion, “Mojuba” is a beautiful, soul-stirring invitation to reverence the King.
