In a bold move to bring the message of Christ closer to the people, Pastor Leke Adeboye, the son of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), took the Gospel outside traditional church walls and into the streets.
The outreach, which drew the attention of passersby and residents, was marked by vibrant worship, preaching, and prayers right in the open.

Pastor Leke emphasized that the Gospel was never meant to remain confined within church buildings but must reach people where they are.
“We are called to go into the world and make disciples of all nations. That means stepping out of our comfort zones and bringing Jesus to the streets,” he declared during the event.
The initiative was met with excitement and participation from believers who joined in singing, praying, and sharing words of encouragement. Many onlookers who were not part of the gathering stopped to listen, with some moved to tears and others joining in the worship.
Pastor Leke’s street ministry highlights a growing movement among Christian leaders to embrace unconventional spaces as platforms for spreading the Gospel.
The event not only brought spiritual renewal but also served as a reminder that faith transcends buildings, reaching hearts wherever people gather.
