Meanwhile, President Donald Trump arrived at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel for a reception with world leaders, where he is expected to meet with Venezuelan interim President Delcy Rodríguez—the first meeting between the two leaders since Trump ordered a U.S. military operation in January that captured then-President Nicolás Maduro, who is currently held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
