Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and the United Federation of Teachers. Mamdani also confirmed a meeting with House Minority Leader Rep. Hakeem Jeffries later this week, expressing his enthusiasm for working together to achieve common goals. Despite Jeffries’ upcoming meeting with Mamdani, the House Minority Leader has yet to endorse him.
