Capitol Christian Music Group (CCMG) has announced the promotion of three executive staff members, recognizing their outstanding contributions to the company’s success. Emily Dashiell, Jeff Gunkel, and Carlos Monnaco have been elevated to Senior Vice President roles, with Dashiell overseeing commercial partnerships, Gunkel leading market development, and Monnaco heading finance. According to CCMG Co-Presidents Brad O’Donnell and Hudson Plachy, these promotions are a testament to the trio’s dedication and instrumental role in fostering strong relationships with artists, writers, and partners.
In her new position, Dashiell will spearhead revenue strategies across CCMG’s portfolio, building on her success in commercial partnerships and marketing. With a proven track record of driving artist success, including NF, Anne Wilson, and TobyMac, Dashiell’s expanded role will focus on global distribution, eCommerce, catalog marketing, streaming, and playlisting strategy. Her promotion is a well-deserved recognition of her impact since joining CCMG in 2015, initially as a Brand Manager for SOZO Playlists. As CCMG continues to thrive, these executive promotions position the company for sustained growth and success in the music industry.
