The 20th edition of the annual worship concert lit up the Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos on Friday night, drawing thousands of worshippers on-site and millions more online.

Hosted by Pastor Paul Adefarasin, the landmark edition delivered an electrifying blend of music, prayer, and prophetic expressions that lasted from dusk till dawn.

From the opening moments, the atmosphere shifted as worship leaders took turns steering the massive crowd into intense sessions of praise.

Travis Greene came with a powerful worship set that set the tone for the night, leading attendees in heartfelt declarations of faith. Sinach followed with an energetic performance that turned the square into a sea of joyful praise, her globally loved anthems echoing through the entire venue.

Dunsin Oyekan ushered in one of the night’s most solemn worship moments, taking the audience into deep, reverent adoration.

Mercy Chinwo brought another high point with her signature vibrant praise, filling the square with dance, excitement, and loud choruses from the crowd.

Other ministers, including Moses Bliss, Frank Edwards, Bidemi Olaoba, Onos Ariyo, and the Lagos Metropolitan Gospel Choir, each added unique flavours, ranging from youthful praise to classical worship arrangements.

The diversity of styles created a dynamic flow that kept worshippers engaged for hours without pause.

Speaking during the event, Pastor Adefarasin described the 20-year milestone as “a testament to God’s unfailing grace and the resilience of the Nigerian church.”

He called on believers to remain steadfast in faith and united in purpose as the nation navigates challenging times.

For many attendees, the night was more than a concert, it was a spiritual encounter. Worshippers testified that the ministrations brought renewal, healing, and hope, marking the 20th edition as one of the most memorable gatherings in the event’s history.
