“Songs for the Anxious Heart”: LO Worship’s Debut Live Album Brings Peace to a Restless Generation
Louisiana-based collective LO Worship steps boldly into a new chapter with the release of their first full-length live album, Songs for the Anxious Heart, out today via Integrity Music. Captured live at The Hub in Monroe, the 16-track project marks the first time the group has unveiled an extended recording beyond the annual LO Sister Conference, the flagship event for Sadie Robertson Huff’s Live Original brand. Written from raw experiences of grief, worry, and waiting, the record weaves testimony songs with pastoral reflections from Huff herself, offering a worship experience designed to calm restless minds. Among its highlights is a stirring collaboration with Aodhán King on the previously released single “The Perfect Love of Jesus.”
The title track, penned with worship pioneer Matt Redman during a writing session in California, became the heartbeat of the record—a prescription for anxiety wrapped in honest lyrics and Spirit-led melodies. Across Songs for the Anxious Heart, LO Worship sings of abiding in Christ, making space for Him, and dwelling in His Word—inviting listeners to anchor their souls in divine peace amid life’s storms.
