Dr. Daniel Kolawole Olukoya, General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, has ordained 5,000 pastors in a ceremony that marked the culmination of the 2024 Global Ministers’ Conference. This significant event, themed “The Message, the Messenger, and the Power,” brought together ministers from worldwide for impartation, instruction, and consecration. During the ordination service, Olukoya emphasized the importance of humility, servant leadership, and divine recommendation in spiritual leadership.

The General Overseer warned the newly ordained pastors against rebellion, describing it as destructive and cautioning that those who rebel will have supporters who may encourage and fund their actions, leading to chaos. Citing the biblical example of Absalom, who died in battle, Olukoya stressed that true anointing comes from God alone and that human recognition or self-proclamation is insufficient. “Only God can call and ordain you,” he emphasized, urging the pastors to examine their lives carefully and live as true shepherds.

Olukoya also addressed the growing trend of self-appointed and internet-based ministers, stating that time will distinguish genuine leaders from pretenders. He encouraged those ordained by men to reconsider their calling if they lack God’s anointing, highlighting the importance of spiritual authenticity. As these newly ordained pastors embark on their ministries, they carry the charge to serve with holiness, integrity, loyalty, and humility, prioritizing their divine calling above all else.
