Acclaimed singer/songwriter Jason Gray has released his highly anticipated Greatest Hits (Acoustic) album, featuring re-imagined acoustic performances of his 12 biggest hits spanning his 19-year career as a Centricity Music artist. The album, produced alongside his son Kipper Gray, showcases the artist’s ability to breathe new life into familiar songs. With over 131 million streams to date, the original recordings are now also available in Dolby Atmos, offering an immersive listening experience.
A Labor of Love and Collaboration
The album’s genesis was a children’s book titled “Sparrows,” which inspired Gray to re-record a stripped-down version of the song. As Kipper Gray contributed his ideas, the project evolved into a full album, with each producer handling half of the tracks. The result is a rich, full sound that blends acoustic guitar with organic instruments like dulcimers, banjos, strings, and piano. Tracks like “Remind Me Who I Am” and “Blessed Be” showcase the duo’s creative approach, incorporating banjo and hammered dulcimer elements.

Gray’s new album celebrates the intersection of his deep gladness – sharing songs and stories – with the world’s deep hunger for nourishing music.
