Gospel music icon Kirk Franklin has announced a groundbreaking partnership with Insignia Assets, a Black-owned entertainment venture founded by Norman Gyamfi and Jonathan Jay. This strategic alliance brings together Franklin’s renowned companies, Fo Yo Soul Recordings and CLTRE Lab, with Insignia Assets’ diverse portfolio, spanning recorded music, publishing, television, film, touring, and live events. As Chief of Creative Services at Insignia Assets, Franklin will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s creative direction.

This partnership is more than a business deal; it’s a platform for Franklin to push Gospel music beyond its traditional boundaries and into new spaces where it can inspire and connect with a broader audience. With a new single, “Do It Again,” dropping on June 6, and a dinner conversation series, “Den of Kings,” premiering on Father’s Day, June 15, Franklin is set to make a significant impact in the entertainment industry.
