Church Mourns As Texas High School Football Player Austin Metcalf Passes On To Glory

Church mourns as Texas schoolboy got tabbed after being stabbed at a track meet is dead and was laid to rest at an emotional funeral ceremony attended by family, loved ones and friends on Saturday.
According to the police, they revealed Austin Metcalf was tragically killed on April 2 at the Kuykendall Stadium in Frisco after Karmelo Anthony allegedly pulled out a knife on him for sitting in the wrong area during a track meet.
The megachurch’s sanctuary was nearly filled with family, friends, coaches and classmates, along with members of the community in attendance to express their support for Metcalf’s family.
Anthony, 17, stabbed Metcalf in the heart, killing him, after Metcalf told him he was sitting in the wrong chair at the match between their two schools, according to the late teen’s family. Metcalf then bled to death in his twin brother Hunter’s arms.
A private memorial service was held for Metcalf on Saturday morning at Hope Fellowship Frisco East church, and was followed by a private burial.
