Tasha Layton’s ‘Worship Through It Live’: A Soul-Stirring Celebration of Faith and Resilience

Renowned artist, author, and songwriter Tasha Layton has unveiled her first-ever live worship album, Worship Through It Live, a breathtaking nine-track project that captures the raw, unfiltered power of communal worship. Recorded last summer at Hope UC in Thompson’s Station, TN, with a live audience, the album is a testament to Layton’s deep-rooted faith and her ability to lead others into moments of profound spiritual connection. Known for her chart-topping CCM hits like “How Far” and “Look What You’ve Done,” as well as her 2024 No. 1 single “Worship Through It (feat. Chris Brown),” Layton seamlessly transitions into the worship space with this project. The album features a mix of original songs, including a stirring live rendition of “Worship Through It,” and beloved worship anthems like Elevation Worship’s “Praise,” Phil Wickham’s “Living Hope,” and Red Rocks Worship’s “Good Plans,” which became a standout moment during the recording. Each track reflects Layton’s heart for authenticity and her gift for creating music that resonates deeply with listeners.
As Layton continues to make waves in the music industry, she is also expanding her impact beyond the stage. Next week, on Sunday, March 16th, she will appear as part of the Faith & Friends Series on Fox & Friends Weekend, performing live in New York City to celebrate the Lent and Easter season. Currently on the “Trust Again Tour” with bestselling author Lysa TerKeurst, Layton is also growing her faith-based initiative, Boundless, a non-profit dedicated to equipping the church with mental health resources. With her next studio project slated for release later this year, Layton shows no signs of slowing down. Worship Through It Live is more than an album—it’s an invitation to experience hope, healing, and the transformative power of worship. As Layton continues to inspire through her music and ministry, her journey remains a beacon of faith and resilience for all who follow her.
