SHOCKING EPA SHAKE-UP: LEE ZELDIN AXES $50 MILLION ‘FREE PALESTINE’ CLIMATE GRANT AND UNCOVERS $20 BILLION IN WASTED TAXPAYER DOLLARS

In a jaw-dropping move that has sent shockwaves through Washington, newly appointed Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin has axed a Biden-era $50 million environmental justice grant to the radical left-wing Climate Justice Alliance, citing its controversial stance that “climate justice travels through a Free Palestine.”

Zeldin, sworn in at the end of January, made the bombshell announcement on The Story with Martha MacCallum on Thursday, denouncing the grant as an outrageous misuse of taxpayer money.

Former Rep. Lee Zeldin, R-N.Y.

“Just earlier today, I canceled a $50 million grant to an organization called the Climate Justice Alliance,” Zeldin declared. “They say that climate justice runs through a free Palestine. I think that the American taxpayer wouldn’t want $50 million going to this left-wing advocacy group. It’s canceled.”

The move comes amid mounting scrutiny over EPA spending under the Biden administration, with Zeldin and congressional Republicans hammering the agency over its alleged reckless financial decisions. Notably, Congress had already raised red flags over the controversial grant, with GOP leaders arguing that taxpayer funds should not bankroll political activism disguised as climate policy.

EPA FINDS ‘MISSING’ $20 BILLION IN TAXPAYER MONEY DUMPED BY BIDEN ADMINISTRATION

But the $50 million grant is just the tip of the iceberg. Zeldin has now uncovered an astonishing $20 billion in taxpayer funds that he says were deliberately wasted by the previous administration.

In a stunning revelation, a video surfaced two months ago showing a Biden EPA political appointee admitting that they were “tossing gold bars off the Titanic” to rush billions out the door before President Trump took office. The so-called “gold bars” were taxpayer dollars, hurriedly distributed with little oversight before the Biden team lost control of the agency.

BILLIONS SHIPPED TO CANADA, NOW GONE FOREVER?

Among the most egregious examples of financial recklessness is a $160 million payout to a now-bankrupt Canadian electric bus manufacturer. The Biden administration, rather than allocating the funds in stages as production progressed, inexplicably sent the full amount upfront.

“They still haven’t provided $95 million worth of school buses to the 55 school districts,” Zeldin exposed. “It’s the American taxpayer that gets screwed.”

THE ERA OF ACCOUNTABILITY BEGINS: TRUMP’S DOGE TASK FORCE GOES INTO ACTION

As the EPA intensifies its efforts to track down wasted taxpayer funds, President Trump’s newly created Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)—helmed by billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk—is taking the fight to federal agencies across the board. The DOGE initiative, launched to root out waste, fraud, and abuse, is now collaborating with the EPA to recover the billions that vanished under Biden’s watch.

Meanwhile, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Scott Turner has formed a DOGE Task Force at HUD, signaling an all-out offensive against government mismanagement.

“We will identify and eliminate any waste, fraud, and abuse,” Turner announced on X. “Under President Trump’s leadership, business as usual is over.”

THE SWAMP FIGHTS BACK: EXPECT THE BUREAUCRATIC RESISTANCE TO INTENSIFY

Zeldin’s takedown of radical environmental activism and his aggressive pursuit of taxpayer dollars have already made him a prime target for the Washington establishment. Progressive groups, climate activists, and entrenched bureaucrats are expected to launch fierce resistance against his reforms, but the message from the Trump administration is crystal clear—reckless spending, political activism disguised as environmental policy, and taxpayer exploitation will not stand.

As investigations continue and more shocking revelations emerge, one thing is certain: Lee Zeldin is turning the EPA into a battlefield—and Washington may never be the same again.
