In a poignant display of compassion and generosity, Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has donated N50 million to the Cathedral Church of St Luke, Anglican Communion in Nembe City, Bayelsa State. This heartfelt gesture is in memory of Madam Ayebadieye Edward Dorcas Igbeta, the mother of his aide, who passed away at the age of 79.
Speaking at the requiem service held at the Cathedral Church of St. Luke, Nembe, Bayelsa State, Governor Fubara extolled the virtues of the late Madam Igbeta, describing her as a devoted worshipper and an exemplary individual.
