ISRAEL HOUGHTON’S GRAMMY® GLORY: CELEBRATING A LEGACY OF WORSHIP

Integrity Music is ecstatic to celebrate the incredible achievement of Israel Houghton, who secured his seventh GRAMMY® at the 67th Annual GRAMMY Awards held at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena. Houghton won Best Gospel Performance/Song for his contribution to “One Hallelujah,” a powerful collaboration featuring Tasha Cobbs Leonard, Erica Campbell, Jonathan McReynolds, and Jekalyn Carr. This milestone further cements his legacy as a transformative force in contemporary gospel and worship music.

“We are so happy for Israel! It’s an honor for him to still be a part of the Integrity family after all these years,” said Blaine Barcus, President of Integrity Music. “What an amazing legacy and yet, he’s still impacting the Church worldwide today with amazing Jesus-centered music!” With 14 projects released under Integrity Music, Houghton’s groundbreaking fusion of gospel, CCM, Latin, and worship continues to inspire believers globally, proving his artistic relevance and spiritual influence remain unmatched.
Beyond his GRAMMY® victory, Houghton is making waves with a brand-new project. Just one day before receiving the award, Israel & New Breed hosted a live Spanish album recording in the Bronx, NY, uniting over 1,500 worshippers. Titled “Coritos,” this upcoming project is set to bridge Latin American worship traditions with gospel and contemporary sounds, featuring collaborations with Nate Diaz (Elevation Rhythm), Aaron Moses, Unified Sound, Lucia Parker, Alex Campos, Marcos Witt, Janina Rosado, Evan Craft, Coalo Zamorano, and more. With elements of salsa and bachata, “Coritos” will celebrate a century of worship heritage, ushering in a fresh movement of multicultural praise when it releases in summer 2025.
