Opening Scene:

INT. VICTORIA’S APARTMENT – MORNING

Soft sunlight streams through the curtains. The sound of a peaceful hymn plays in the background. VICTORIA SMITH (mid-20s, elegant and strong in faith) is on her knees in prayer, eyes closed in serenity. A framed medical degree hangs on the wall beside a Bible.

NARRATOR (V.O.) Victoria Smith, a woman of unwavering faith, loved God and people. She excelled in her studies, became a doctor, and led her life with a heart for service.

Victoria stands, readying herself for work. Outside, MICHAEL JONES (late 20s, slick but troubled) watches her from a distance.

Scene 2:

EXT. STREET – DAY

Michael watches Victoria walk by, enchanted by her poise. His friends, lounging by a nearby car, mock him.

MICHAEL (whispering to himself) she’s different. Maybe she’s the one to change everything.

Scene 3:

INT. MICHAEL’S LIVING ROOM – NIGHT

Michael sits with his FATHER and a FRIEND. His father’s room is dark, filled with traditional artifacts and idols. Smoke curls from burning incense.

MICHAEL’S FATHER If you want her, you must make her believe you are the man she wants. Become what she respects.

Michael nods, determined. He knows what he has to do.

Scene 4:

INT. CHURCH – EVENING

Victoria is in the front row, praying. Michael enters the church, eyes scanning for her. He loudly shouts “Hallelujah” when prompted, his charm on full display. Victoria notices him but is focused on worship.

NARRATOR (V.O.) Michael began his pursuit, weaving lies of faith and false devotion.

Michael joins Victoria at a fellowship meeting, offering help with church activities. She looks at him, intrigued.

Scene 5:

INT. RESTAURANT – NIGHT

Michael and Victoria sit across from each other. He speaks passionately about faith, life, and dreams. Victoria is charmed but hesitant.

VICTORIA (smiling softly) You seem to have a heart for God.

Michael hides his guilt, nodding in agreement.

Scene 6:

INT. VICTORIA’S LIVING ROOM – NIGHT

Michael proposes to Victoria. She accepts, overjoyed, believing this is God’s will.

NARRATOR (V.O.) Victoria believed Michael was a gift from God, unaware of the shadows that lurked beneath.

Scene 7:

INT. MICHAEL’S VILLAGE HOUSE – NIGHT

Victoria and Michael arrive at his village for the first time after their wedding. Michael is visibly tense. The atmosphere feels ominous as they enter a dimly lit room. A WITCH DOCTOR sits in the corner.

VICTORIA (nervous) what’s happening, Michael?

Michael convinces her to follow along with the family ritual, promising it’s just tradition.

NARRATOR (V.O.) Blinded by trust, Victoria followed. But her soul remained untouched by darkness.

Victoria reluctantly agrees, and the witch doctor performs strange rituals, leaving marks on their bodies.

Scene 8:

INT. BEDROOM – NIGHT

Later that night, as Victoria sleeps, a small object falls from the ceiling. Victoria wakes up, feeling a strange weight but immediately starts praying. The room seems to lighten.

Scene 9:

INT. KITCHEN – MORNING

Victoria sits at the breakfast table, reading her Bible. Michael stumbles in, irritable.

VICTORIA (smiling) Michael, we should pray.

Michael brushes her off. His demeanor changes as his true self begins to emerge—lazy, irritable, and uninterested in the faith he pretended to embrace.

NARRATOR (V.O.) Victoria’s heart sensed the cracks in her husband’s facade, but she believed in the power of prayer.

Scene 10:

INT. VICTORIA’S BEDROOM – NIGHT

Victoria is on her knees, fervently praying. Her marriage is deteriorating. Michael has begun cheating, drinking, and beating her. She weeps in silence.

VICTORIA (whispering) Lord, I repent… forgive me for ignoring Your voice.

As she prays, there’s a sense of divine light in the room. Her tears slowly dry.

NARRATOR (V.O.) Victoria repented for not seeking God’s guidance before marriage, and in her brokenness, God began to restore her.

Scene 11:

EXT. CITY PARK – DAY

Victoria walks with her two CHILDREN, a boy and a girl. She’s found a new life away from Michael, running a successful business. Her joy has returned, but she often thinks of the man she left behind.

Scene 12:

INT. MICHAEL’S SHACK – NIGHT

Michael, now broke and destitute, tosses and turns in his sleep. He dreams of his past, and suddenly, a divine light fills the room. A VOICE speaks to him.

VOICE Leave the idols of your fathers. Follow Me, and I will restore you.

Michael wakes up, breathing heavily. He falls to his knees, finally broken.

MICHAEL (whispering) I need You, God… like Victoria does.

Scene 13:

INT. CHURCH – DAY

Michael enters a humble church. The PASTOR, a wise and kind man, greets him. They pray together, and Michael experiences a moment of true deliverance.

NARRATOR (V.O.) Michael finally surrendered his heart to the Lord, and in doing so, began to rebuild his life from the ashes.

Scene 14:

EXT. VICTORIA’S NEW HOME – DAY

Michael arrives, trembling. He knocks on the door. Victoria answers, surprised but cautious. He falls to his knees before her.

MICHAEL (tears in his eyes) I’ve changed, Vicky… I’ve found God.

Victoria is silent, her emotions conflicted. She steps back and prays.

Scene 15:

INT. CHURCH – FINAL SCENE

Victoria and Michael stand together before the congregation, both holding Bibles. They now lead a ministry, testifying to their story of redemption and grace. The congregation listens in awe.

NARRATOR (V.O.) Together, they became instruments of God’s work, leading lives and souls to redemption.

FADE OUT:
