Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency Seals Logic Church & Others For Environmental Infractions
The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA), has sealed Logic Church amongst others, for violating the state environmental laws in the Lekki Phase I area of the state.
The state commissioner, Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, made this revelation known.
He stated that the affected establishments were found guilty of not adhering with the environmental laws despite prior warnings.
“In an effort to uphold environmental regulations and combat noise pollution, the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) has taken action by sealing several establishments found in violation of state environmental laws in Lekki Phase 1 for non-compliance.

“The affected establishments, including Bolivar, Red Lagos, Kingfisher, and Logic Church, were found to be violating environmental laws despite prior warnings.
This proactive measure by LASEPA underscores its commitment to fostering a serene and sustainable environment that prioritizes safety, cleanliness, and environmental responsibility,” Tokunbo Wahab said via his X page.
Tokunbo Wahab, however stated that the decision made is to uphold the environmental regulations and combat noise pollution.
