Dove Awards Nominees Announced: Brandon Lake Leads the Flock with 16 Nominations
The Gospel Music Association has unveiled the nominees for the 55th Annual GMA Dove Awards, and Brandon Lake is soaring to new heights with an impressive 16 nominations, including Artist of the Year. Jeff Pardo follows closely with 11 nominations, while Chris Brown, Chandler Moore, and Jonathan Smith each received 10 nods. CeCe Winans and Naomi Raine lead the female nominees with five nominations each, solidifying their places as leading ladies in gospel music.
The 55th Annual GMA Dove Awards will take place on October 1, 2024, at the Allen Arena in Nashville, TN, and will be broadcast exclusively on TBN and TBN+ on October 4, 2024. GMA President Jackie Patillo expressed her excitement for this year’s nominees, emphasizing the importance of spreading the message of gospel music and honoring the talented individuals in the community.
