WieRok Entertainment Group has announced the appointment of Holly Salazar as head of publishing and rights management, overseeing the company’s catalog across its label imprints. Salazar will lead WieRok’s newly centralized publishing and rights division, bringing music rights administration fully in-house. This strategic shift marks a major milestone for WieRok’s continued growth, enabling the company to better serve artists, songwriters, and partners with greater transparency, ownership, and creative control.

Salazar brings over 15 years of experience in publishing, royalties, licensing, and creative rights strategy to her new role. Most recently, she oversaw global rights operations at Dvout Music, where she built full-service administration, licensing, and A&R systems from the ground up. Salazar’s expertise and commitment to the Christian music industry make her a valuable addition to the WieRok team.
Lance Wieland, WieRok Entertainment Group co-founder and CEO, praises Salazar’s expertise and collaborative spirit, saying, “Holly is one of the sharpest minds in music publishing and rights… She’s a systems builder, a champion for creatives, and someone who sees both the forest and the trees.” With Salazar at the helm, WieRok is poised to maximize the long-term value of its catalog while maintaining its mission-driven approach.
